This launch site is located in the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge on San Antonio Bay.
It provides access to the nearby popular fishing spots of Refuge Reef and Webb Point and several other unnamed reefs. Fishing is only permitted in the Wildlife Refuge from April 15th to October 15th.
