Description: The Blue Marlin is cobalt blue on top shading to silvery white on the bottom. The upper jaw is elongated in the form of a spear. The dorsal fin is pointed at the front end. The pectoral fin and anal fin are pointed. The lateral line is reticulated and is difficult to see in large fish. There are no dark spots on the dorsal fin and the body is covered with embedded scales ending in one or two sharp points. Take limits: no limit minimum 131 inches |
