Brown Cedar Flats is a large flat with scattered grass. This area can be very good for trout and redfish from late spring or early fall. This area can also be good for gigging flounder in the spring and fall. This area is good for wade fishing. Wade fishing can be very rewarding but can also can be dangerous for the inexperienced angler. Watch out for holes, drop-offs, soft bottoms, oyster shells and stingrays.
