Sprinkle fish inside and out with salt and pepper. Add parsley to margarine and mix thoroughly. Spread inside of each fish with approximately one tablespoon parsley butter. Combine egg, milk and salt. Combine crumbs and cheese. Dip fish in egg mixture and roll in crumb mixture. Place on a well-greased baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top of fish. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
