Description: Gray Snapper are dark brown or gray with reddish or orange spots in rows along the sides. There is a dark horizontal band from the nose through the eye in young fish. Ther are two conspicuous canine teeth at the front of the upper jaw. The dorsal fins have dark or reddish borders. |
