The museum was built by the Quintanilla family in 1998 in response to the thousands of letters mailed to them by fans expressing their desire to have Selena's memory shared with the public.
The museum displays many of her stage costumes, her Faberge egg collection, a microphone she often used, pictures, awards and her red Porsche. The building can be a little difficult to locate, look for a beige building across the street from a bright yellow restaurant. Monday-Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm closed 12:00pm to 1:00pm daily
