Prepare cooking sauce and set aside. Place wok over high heat and add oil when hot. When oil is hot, add arlic and shrimp and stir-fry about 1 min. Add pea pods and stir-fry about 3 min. Add water chestnuts and onions, stir to mix. Stir cooking sauce and add to wok. Stir until sauce boils and thickens. Serve over rice.
