Enjoy two days of festival fun, fresh seafood and toe-tapping music at the 29th Annual Shrimpfest - June - on Seadrift Bayfront overlooking the beautiful San Antonio Bay. Beer garden and arts and crafts booths open at 10 both mornings. Observe or participate in many contests: Horseshoes, Washers, Volleyball, Gumbo Cook-Off, Poker Run, Children's Fishing and Crabbing Tourneys, Shrimp Eating, Miss Shrimpfest, Little Miss and Little Master, and the ever-popular Miss BayRat. Under the pavilion at 4:00 pm on Saturday, experience talents and antics of American Rock Legends in full regale. Visit the petting zoo and take a pony ride. Dance under the stars to Los IV Delbarrio on Friday and to The Jokers Wild Band on Saturday, both beginning at 8:00 pm.
