The Texas Surf Museum opened June 3, 2005. Its mission is to compile a record of Texas surfing history and culture; to preserve artifacts; and to educate the public on surfing history and culture. More than 35 classic surfboards line the walls. A small theater plays surf movies and there are 100's of photos of surfers riding Texas waves.
Open Mon - Thur 10am to 7pm, Fri -Sat 10am to 10pm, Sun 11am to 5pm. Admission is free.
